Menu Item Syncing
The GRUBBRR Backend will sync desired menus, menu items, menu item images, and menu item prices directly from your venue in Clover Sport Manager. All you need to do is create a location in Manager and attach a menu with items and accurate pricing. We also recommend adding your menu item images. Clover Sport will work with you to direct those locations to the GRUBBRR data sync during the setup phase of your integration.
Setting Items as Tax-Inclusive or Tax-Exclusive
GRUBBRR’s Kiosk systems can effectively calculate orders that include both tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive items. You can define whether tax is included in the price of items on a Menu level; if items from multiple menus are displayed on a GRUBBRR kiosk, the system will appropriately calculate taxes for only the tax-exclusive items at the end of the transaction. To learn how to make your menus tax exclusive or tax inclusive, please visit this relevant article.
Barcode/SKU Scanning on the GRUBBRR Kiosk
If you have added SKU information to your menu items in Clover Sport Manager, the GRUBBRR backend can automatically import that information when pulling your menu. No extra entry is necessary- when you perform a Menu Sync, the GRUBBRR Backend will automatically pull all item barcodes/SKUs and apply them to the appropriate items in each concessionaire’s menu. Once items have a SKU synced to the GRUBBRR Backend, you are able to use the kiosk camera to scan items.
Receipt & Fulfillment Settings on the GRUBBRR Kiosk
GRUBBRR can pull and apply the Receipt and Fulfillment Settings that you configure Clover Sport Manager. To learn how to configure these settings please visit this relevant article.
Note: If the “Additional Instructions” setting is used when updating the status as “Ready for Pickup” at the Expeditor, the "Additional Instructions" message will override the original "Ready for Pickup" instructions as it does in the Clover Sport Dual-Mode Kiosk. To learn more about this feature of the expeditor mode, please visit this relevant article.
Note: Clover Sport supports kitchen chit printing for orders from the GRUBBRR kiosk. In order for orders to be sent to a kitchen printer, you must set up your print groups and assign them to your menu items for the GRUBBRR location's menu.
