Clover Sport enables you collect donations for a charity of your choice on every transaction. This feature prompts customers on the customer facing display to make a donation to your selected charity.
Please note that this feature is designed to work for Credit Card orders made using the Access software that runs on the Station Duo (donations is not an option on the Flex device currently).

Set up your Donation in Clover Sport Manager
To create your Donation(s),
1. Navigate to Configuration > Order Adjustments > Donations.
2. Click Create
3. Choose the Donation Type:
- Round-up: This will prompt the user to round up to the nearest dollar amount on their order total.
What the guest sees:
- Flat Dollar and Round-up: This will prompt the user to choose a flat-dollar amount to donate, or round up to the nearest dollar amount on their order total.

4. If desired, upload an image to the Charity Logo. This will display on the customer facing display.
5. Click Save.
Assign your Charity Donations to your Locations
1. Navigate POS Manager > Locations.
2. Under Order Adjustments, assign the appropriate Donation that you would like available at that location.
3. Click Save.
Cashier/Customer Workflow on the Station Duo
Once you've added the Donation to the Location, the donations feature work automatically the next time you login to your device or reload the Station Duo.
1. Open the Register app.
2. Add items to the cart.
3. Click Checkout.
4. Click Credit.
5. Cashier waits while the guest selects Donation amount or taps No, thanks.
6. If accepting tips on the customer facing display (tipping on the digital screen), the tip prompt will appear after the Donation is selected.
7. Once the guest has selected their tip amount, they are prompted to insert, tap, or swipe their card.
8. Once the guest submits their payment, the order closes and the cashier is brought back to the Register.
9. To view the Completed Order, navigate to the Orders app.
10. Click on the most recent order under Completed.
Here you can view the order summary, totals, method of payment, donation and tip amount.
