At the end of the event, there are two reports available on the devices (Flex and Station Duo) that can be made visible to staff through their Role Permission.

Order Taker Sales Report Examples
Flex:
This is an example of the Order Taker Sales Report, which can be viewed on the Flex.
To view it, navigate to the overflow menu in the top right corner (3 dots) and click Order Taker Sales Report.
Station Duo:
This is an example of the Order Taker Sales Report, which can be printed from the Orders page on the Station Duo.
Tips Report Examples
Flex:
This is an example of the Order Taker Tips Report, which can be viewed on the Flex.
To view it, navigate to the overflow menu in the top right corner (3 dots) and click Order Taker Tips Report.
Station Duo:
This is an example of the Order Taker Tips Report, which can be viewed from the Orders page on the Station Duo.
Enable Reports for the Flex:
There are now two digital reports available on the Flex for your order takers to view. Please note, these reports cannot be printed out from the Flex.
To allow your employees to view these reports, you must do both of the following:
1. Enable Reports for the Employee's Role:
Navigate to Labor > Roles
Click the POS Tab
Toggle on the reports you would like available on the Flex for the employee:
| Print My Sales Report | Enables the digital Order Taker Sales Report accessed through the overflow menu (3 dots in the upper right corner). This report cannot be printed from the Flex, but can be viewed. |
| View Tip Report |
Enables the Digital Tip Report to be viewed from the overflow menu (3 dots in the upper right corner). Displays the Tip Total for Credit, House Account, and Stored Value payments as well as the Total for all. This report cannot be printed from the Flex. |
Please Note: If you are in Ordering Mode on the Flex, you will need to make a sale before the reports are generated. If you log out of the device and back in, please sync your orders and click on an order from the Orders page. The device will load reports from this location until your next logout.
Enable Reports for the Station Duo:
There is a new report available on the Duo called the Tips Report. This allows the order taker to see their total tips for the night.
To allow your employees to view these reports on the following, you must:
1. Enable Reports for the Employee's Role:
| Print My Sales Report | Enables the Print Order Taker Sales Report on the Order Index. This allows the employee that is signed into the terminal to print their own sales report that includes the total credit tip amount. |
| View Tip Report |
Enables the Digital Tip Report to be viewed from the Orders Page. Displays the Tip Total for Credit, House Account, and Stored Value payments as well as the Total for all. This report cannot be printed from the Station Duo. |
Please note: To access reports on the Station or Flex today, you must either have an event scheduled for today or no future events scheduled.
