What This Means
Clover will discontinue support for the following legacy devices: Station 2018 and Flex LTE (Gen 1). In response, Clover Sport will ensure a safe and quality experience for you and your customers by phasing out software updates beginning in January 2025. To reduce the impact on your operations, we will provide Maintenance Mode to fix any bugs affecting Critical Functionality until September 30, 2025.

What is Critical Functionality?
- Uptime - Users are not able to log in on the device
- Menu Publishing - Menus do not update
- Ordering & Payment Workflows - Cannot place an order, capture payments, or capture tips (Cash, Credit, Debit, existing SV, and existing Loyalty) in Clover Sport systems
- Fulfillment Workflows - Cannot print orders to network printers or send them to Kitchen Display Systems (KDS)
- Receipts Generation/Printing - Cannot generate/print receipts
Instructions for Identifying the Model Number
The first four digits of the serial number located on the device will designate its model number. Check if your model number is included in the Impacted Devices List
- Clover Station 2018 - Model C500 will have serials that begin with C050.
- Clover Flex LTE (Gen 1) - Model C401U will have serials that begin with C042.
