Clover Sport offers a Large Format Kiosk. The Kiosk can be mounted on a stand as pictured, or place on any counter top. The Large Format Kiosk runs the same software as the Dual Mode Kiosk and requires the same configuration in Clover Sport Manager. This article outlines how to use the Clover Sport Large Format Kiosk.

How to Log in to the Large Format Kiosk
1. Log in by typing your username and password or scanning the barcode on the back of your Clover User Card. You may scan the barcode using the external scanner that comes with your Large Format Kiosk.
2. Tap the Kiosk app on the top of the screen. Note: It is the largest rectangular icon.
3. Customers can now begin taking orders on the kiosk by scanning an item's barcode or tapping anywhere on the screen.
Note: Barcode scanners must be purchased separately.
How to Add the Receipt Printer
1. Tap the Register screen.
2. Tap the 3-dot menu (upper right).
3. Tap Devices.
4. Tap Printers.
5. Tap the green plus sign.
6. Tap View Available Printers.
7. Tap the checkbox next to Seiko Station: USB
8. Tap Add Printer.
9. Tap the checkbox next to Customer Receipt.
10. Click Save Routing Groups. Look for the Print Groups Saved notification to ensure you've saved your print groups before navigating away from the page.
Overview of the Menu Screen
Menu item images can be added to every item sold on the kiosk.
Items without images will display a dark gray icon (as seen in 12oz Model example). If you choose to add one of the Clover Sport icons, they will be displayed in blue (as seen in the 12oz Dos XX example).
To see additional categories, you may swipe left at the top of the screen. You may also swipe up and down to see additional items.
If you click on an item with a modifier group, you can make additional selections before clicking Add to Order. Required modifiers require you to make a selection before continuing. Optional modifiers can be bypassed.

How to Create an Order and Check Out
1. To add an item to the cart, tap the image or scan the item's barcode with a barcode scanner.
Note: Barcode scanners must be purchased separately.
2. To view your cart, click the shopping bag icon in the upper right corner.
Clicking Clear Cart will allow you to start over by removing all items from your cart.
3. Once you are satisfied with your cart, click Pay Now.
4. Select your payment method: Credit or Bypass Bucks (gift card). You may also check your gift card balance from this screen.
5. Continue on the payment device. Depending on your payment method, you may be prompted for a donation and/or a tip.
How to Limit and Turn Off Alcohol Sales
You may flag any item as an Alcoholic Item which will limit alcohol sales to two per order on the kiosk only (not on the Register app). It also allows you to turn off alcohol sales at any time.
How to Flag an Alcoholic Item:
1. Navigate to POS Manager > Menu Manager.
2. Navigate to the Items tab.
3. Search and click the item you'd like to edit.
4. Under the Item section, click the checkbox next to Alcoholic Item.
5. Click Save.
Items flagged as Alcoholic let the guest know that they may be asked to present ID when picking up their item or before leaving the kiosk area.
How to Turn off Alcohol Sales at the Kiosk:
1. In the upper right corner of the screen, hold down your thumb.
2. Type in your pin number.
3. Tap the blue toggle next to accept alcohol orders at this location.
4. Tap the Kiosk order screen.
5. Alcoholic items will now be removed from the menu.
How to Exit the Large Format Kiosk
1. In the upper right corner of the screen, hold down your thumb.
2. Type in your pin number.
3. Tap Exit Kiosk.
