Each Location can be configured for automatic receipt printing or manual receipt printing only. To learn how to edit Location settings, click here.
There are several ways to print or reprint a receipt on the Station Duo. This article demonstrates all the ways you can print an order's receipt.

Print a Receipt of the Most Recent Order
To print a receipt of the most recent order,
- Navigate to Register.
- Click the printer icon.
This prints the receipt of the last order taken on this device.
Print a Receipt from the Orders Screen
The Orders Screen allows users to print past orders' receipts.
- Navigate to the Orders screen from the Home screen or from the Register screen. (Tap Orders)
- Tap an Order to display the Order Details page. You may also search for the Order by the Daily Order ID or Order ID found on the top of the receipt.
- Tap Print Receipt to print a receipt.
Tap Email Receipt to email a receipt to the guest.- Note: The cashier types in the email for the guest.
Print from a Different Device than the Order was Taken
You may also print a receipt for a guest on a different device than the order was originally taken on.

Note: It may take a couple of minutes for the order to sync to another device
1. Navigate to the Orders page.
2. Tap All Orders which will show all orders from every order taker logged into that Location.
- Note: All Orders may be blocked by an Employee's Role Permission. In that case, you'll need a Manager PIN to authorize viewing All Orders.
3. Search for the Order by the Daily Order ID or Order ID found on the top of the receipt.
4. Once the order populates, tap it. Here you can email the receipt or print it.
Printing a Receipt When Location is Set Up for Accept Signatures on Printed Receipts and Allow Tips
You may set up a Location to accept signatures on printed receipts and to allow tips, which means your guests will write their tip on a printed receipt and sign off on that tip amount.
It is also recommended to turn on Print Receipts Twice so that when the receipts auto print, you get 2 copies, one for the merchant and one for the customer.
At the end of the event, the order taker then adds the tips to each completed Order on the Order Details page.
If you print a receipt for an order where a tip has already been added, the tip line is filled in with that tip amount.
When you print a receipt for an order where a tip has not yet been added, the tip line is blank, providing the opportunity for you to present this to the guest to input a tip.
