Whether using the Large Format Kiosk or the Dual Mode Kiosk, use this article as a guide to enable and configure Kiosk settings at a Location.
Enable Kiosk
To enable Kiosk at a Location,
1. Navigate to Kiosk on the left-hand panel.
2. Click the Enable Kiosk button to continue.
3. Select the Location(s) from the drop down menu. Click Next.
Kiosk Status
Toggle on the Kiosk Status for the Kiosk app to appear on the home page when logging into that Location.

You may customize the image that appears on the Kiosk Welcome Screen.
1. Click Select Image.
2. Once you select your image, click Upload Image.
For the best visual clarity, please use an image that is 1080 x 1080 pixels.
If you do not select your own image, the default image appears:

Order Pick-up Settings
Depending on your operation, fill out Pick-up Instructions to display on the screen when a guest completes their order.
You may be detailed with your instructions, or simply display a thank you message.
After the order has been paid for, the Pick-up Instructions and Order Number display:
Receipt Settings
Receipts can be set up to auto print on DM Kiosk. When auto-print Kiosk receipts is toggled on, a receipt prints for every order closed on the kiosk.
If auto-print Kiosk receipts is toggled off for DM Kiosk, a print receipt option appears after the order is closed.
Text receipts are available on DM Kiosk. If Enable text receipts for Kiosk is toggled on, a text receipt option appears after the order is closed.
Below is an example of a print receipt button and a text receipt button.
In this Location, Auto-print Kiosk receipts is toggled off and Enable text receipts for Kiosk is toggled on.
Alcohol Policy
A menu item can be marked as an alcoholic item, which allows you to limit how many alcoholic beverages can be ordered per person (order). The default alcoholic beverage limit on Kiosk is 2 if the Max alcoholic items per order field is left blank.
You may also customize the Alcoholic Item Display Message. The message appears when a guest taps a menu item marked as an Alcoholic Item.
Save
To finalize your settings, click Save. You can always come back and change these settings later.
Menu Images and Print Groups
Once you've enabled a Location, Clover Sport will audit any Items that are connected to that Location to check if there are any missing Images or Print Groups.
