Refunding on the Same Device
1. Exit Kiosk by tapping the top right corner of the cart.
2. Tap on the Orders Screen.
3. Tap Completed orders.
4. Type the Order ID in the search bar.
5. Tap on the order and tap the Refund Order button to process a refund.
Refunding on a Different Device
(Note: It may take a couple of minutes for the order to sync to another device)
1. Navigate to the Orders screen
2. Tap Completed orders
3. Tap All Orders
4. Type the Order number in the search bar.
5. Tap on the order and tap the Refund Order button to process a refund.
Refunding through Bypass Manager
1. On manager.bypassmobile.com, navigate to the Orders section.
2. You can search for orders by:
- Daily Order ID on the top of the receipt. For more information on Receipts, click here.
- Receipt ID.
- Last four digits of the credit card.
- Customer Name
3. Click on the order to see the order details.
4. Click the blue Actions button. Then click the Refund Order button.
