When creating an order on Kiosk, tapping the Pay Now button will display the Payment Screen. This article will show how customers pay using Kiosk.
Completing Payment on Kiosk
1. When items are in the cart, the user will press the Pay Now button.
If your venue is configured for loyalty, customers will be presented with the option to add their loyalty information. For more information on using loyalty on the kiosk please visit this article.
If your venue is configured for digital receipts and pickup notifications, customers will be prompted for a name for their order. This name will be used for your expeditor.
If your venue is configured for digital receipts and pickup notifications, customers will be prompted for a phone number. This number will receive text notifications when your expeditor marks the order as ready for pickup. For more information on expeditor mode please visit this article.
2. Customer will select their payment option.
Note: Payment options in Kiosk will vary depending on the payment options available for your venue.
Redeeming a Gift Card on Kiosk
If the customer is paying with a gift card, the customer should select the gift card provider in the payment selection screen.
The customer will then be prompted to scan their gift card or manually enter their information.
3. Once payment is complete, the customer will receive a notification message set in your Kiosk configurations.
3. Receipt prints and shows the Order Completed page.
Checking Gift Card Balance
Customers can click the Check Gift Card Balance when on the payment screen to check the remaining balance on their Clover Sport-issued gift cards.
Note: This feature is only available for gift cards issued by Clover Sport and does not include cards issued by our integrating partners.
After clicking on Check Gift Card Balance, customers are prompted to scan or enter their card number. Card numbers can be found printed on the front or back of the gift card.
The remaining gift card balance will be presented on the screen.
