Clover Sport supports the sale of weighted Items. This article will explain what scales Clover Sport supports and how to test them.

Setup
Depending on the scale you are using your setup process will be different. Clover Sport recommends the CAS scale as it is the easiest to configure. However, some users might use the Ariva scale from Mettler and Toledo.
- Turn the scale off
- Press and hold the "Zero" button and then turn on, keep holding the button until you see the screen display "U SET"
- Press "Zero" button to advance to TYP and then press "TARE" to change to "TYPE 5"
- Then press "Zero" button twice to save these settings
Set the Measurement Units: It is important that your scale measures in ounces. Before measuring any items, be sure that you press the Unit button on your scale until it displays oz (ounces).
- After these steps have been completed please perform the Troubleshooting steps on your Station Duo to pair your scale

Testing the Scale
Test your scale by adding a weighted item to the cart. If the weight of the item is shown then the scale is successfully connected.
Trouble Shooting
Navigate to the Devices section to verify the scale is being detected by Clover Sport.
If your scale does not appear in the Weight Scales section, unplug and replug your scales USB cable.
If the scale appears in this screen test a weighted item again.
If the scale doesn't appear then restart your register. Be sure to sync any Offline orders before restarting.
