What's New
- Mobile Order Throttling is now available - assigned time intervals for customers to choose when to pick-up their order
- To use this feature, you must have Mobile Ordering version 2 and Order throttling enabled.
- Please contact Support if you are a Mobile Ordering version 2 customer that is interested in enabling Mobile Order Throttling.

- Once enabled, 10-minute intervals will be created for customers to select for order pickup.
- Control Center settings to configure and enable/disable Mobile Order Throttling have been added
- "Mobile Order Throttling" toggle added to enable/disable order throttling
- Ability to adjust the number of orders allowed per 10-minute window (Default: 2 orders per 10-minute window)
- Pickup Confirmation is now available - a new workflow to confirm orders have been picked up by customers
- To use this feature, you must enable Digital Receipts and Pickup Notification in Receipt and Fulfillment Settings for your location(s)
- Allows expeditors in Expeditor mode to marked orders as picked up
- Additional info is displayed on orders in Expeditor mode:
- Ready time: time when order was marked ready in Expeditor mode
- Pickup time: time when order was marked as picked up in Expeditor mode
- Added the ability to enable/disable alcohol orders for Kiosk and Mobile Orders
- Alcohol Orders toggle has been added to Control Center
- "Allow alcohol for kiosk and mobile orders" checkbox has been added to Location settings
- 3rd-Party Loyalty Integrations are now supported in Dual Mode Kiosk
Bug Fixes
- Chits should now display Service Location when applicable instead of Section/Row/Seat
- Guest Names should now appear on chits for customers using impact printers

- Nutritional Information is now available to our partners via the API
