Clover Sport offers the option on the Flex (handheld device) to send email receipts to guests. On the Flex Pocket, there is also an option to send text receipts.

How to Enable Text Receipts at a Location
Please note: Text receipts are only available on the Flex Pocket, which does not have a built in printer. If you do not see the Enable text receipts for Flex Pocket option, please contact Support.
To enable text receipts at the Location for Flex Pocket,
1. Navigate to POS Manager > Locations.
2. Click the Location you would like to edit.
3. Under Receipt and Fulfillment Settings, check the box Enable text receipts for Flex Pocket.
How to Enable Email Receipts at a Location
To enable email receipts at the Location for Flex or Flex Pocket,
1. Navigate to POS Manager > Locations.
2. Click the Location you would like to edit.
3. Under Receipt and Fulfillment Settings, check the box Enable email receipts.
Note: You cannot enable email receipts on the Flex if you are accepting signatures on printed receipts at a Location.
Email receipts are always enabled on the Station Duo, regardless if the box is checked on the Location settings.
How to Send Text Receipts on the Flex Pocket
When the order closes after payment has been applied,
1. Click Text Receipt.
2. Type or have the guest type their 10 digit phone number.
3. Click Done.
4. The Receipt sent popup indicates the receipt was sent successfully.
Below is an example of a text receipt message. The guest clicks the link to view the digital receipt.
How to Send Email Receipts on the Flex and Flex Pocket
When the order closes after payment has been applied,
1. Click Email Receipt.
2. Type or have the guest type their email.
3. Click Submit.
