Submitting Stock Counts Digitally for a Location
1. Verify current time is after the Event start time.
2. Verify the Standsheet has been created and opened in manager.bypassmobile.com.
3. Navigate to Stand Manager from the Home Screen.
4. Tap Standsheet on the left navigation pane.
To Enter Counts:
1. The Stock Item List will show all countable items for this location.
2. Check the Unit of Measure (UOM) prior to entering counts.
3. Find the number field for the count type, Start Count or End Count. It should say Tap to Edit. If you do NOT see Tap to Edit, that means you have logged into the Standsheet before the Event start time. Please wait until the Event start time and then navigate to the Standsheet to enter counts.
4. Tap the number field to enter counts. You may tap the green plus sign or the red dash next to the number to change the quantity. To enter large quantities, tap the number in between the green plus and the red dash and a keypad will pop up.
5. Once you have entered the number on the keypad, tap SUBMIT.
6. IMPORTANT: After entering the counts, you must tap TAP to SAVE to save all of the counts. If you navigate away from the Standsheet without tapping Tap to Save, the counts will need to be reinputted. If you do NOT see Tap to Save, that means you have logged into the Standsheet before the Event start time. Please wait until the Event start time and then navigate to the Standsheet to enter counts.
5. Toggle to Transfers or Waste/Gratis from the menu bar at the top, using the same steps as listed above to submit counts.
Is Something Missing From Your Standsheet?
- An Event is created with all the Locations that will use a Standsheet assigned to it.
- The Menu Items is attached to a Menu sold at the Location you are using a Standsheet for.
- The Menu Item has a Recipe attached to it that holds the Stock Item(s) you want to be counted.
- The Stock Item is marked as "countable."
