Order Status Boards are used in conjunction with Expeditor Mode and display orders to your guests as they move through the fulfillment process. During the ordering process, guests input their names on a Kiosk order or a cashier inputs their name when ringing in their order at a register.
Orders display to guests as In Preparation or Ready for Pickup:
To set up your Order Status Board,
- Navigate POS Manager > Locations and scroll down to the Receipt and Fulfillment Settings.
- Check the box for Enable digital receipts and pickup notifications.
- Configure the Pickup instructions message and then copy the Order Status Board URL on the smart device that it will be shown on.
To easily download Order Board URLs for all Locations,
- Navigate to Configuration > General Settings.
- Under the section Order Status Board URL, click Download CSV File.
- You will need to enter this URL into your television. Please refer to your television's operations manual for instructions on how to access a web browser and enter a URL. Some televisions do not offer this capability; in those cases, there are screen casting products that will add this functionality to your television. We do not have recommendations for a specific screen casting solution.
