Using Expeditor Mode on the Flex lets you quickly inform customers when their order is ready, from the palm of your hands. This article will explain how to use Expeditor Mode on the Flex.
To enable Expeditor Mode, you must first set up Digital receipts and pickup notifications for the Location.

How to Switch to Expeditor Mode
To start using Expeditor Mode on the Flex,
Tap on the three dots in the top right and tap Switch to Expeditor Mode. You may only switch to Expeditor Mode at Locations that have Digital receipts and pickup notifications enabled.
Navigating Expeditor Mode
Tap the dropdown menu at the top to select a different Location.
Swipe between New Orders, Ready for Pickup orders, and Picked-up orders. New Orders display orders from oldest to newest. Ready for Pickup displays orders that have been notified from most recently notified to the oldest.
Searching for Orders
You can search for orders by typing the order number in the search field.
You can also search by scanning the QR code on the chit of the order.
Hold down the button on the left side of the Flex to open the scanner.
New Orders
Tapping a New Order show that order's details. To alert a customer the order is ready, tap Ready For Pickup.
Pickup instructions can be added to order to give customers detailed and unique instructions. Users can type or scan instructions that will appear in the customers pickup notification. You can use QR codes to create custom messages easily.
Once this notification is sent the order moves to the Ready for Pickup section.
Ready for Pickup Orders
Ready for Pickup Orders are orders that have been notified but not yet picked up. Tapping an order shows that order's details. Tapping Not Ready for Pickup sends the order back to the top of the New Order Section. Tapping Order Was Picked Up sends the order to the Picked-Up Orders section.
Picked Up Orders
Orders marked as Picked Up organize themselves chronologically in the Picked-Up Orders section. Tapping Send Back to Ready for Pickup sends the order back to the top of the Ready for Pickup section.
