Any changes made in Manager while your Flex devices are logged in will require your devices to be reloaded to reflect changes. To reload your Flex, follow these steps:
- Note: If an employee tries to edit settings, they may be prompted to enter a PIN number. This is due to your role settings. To learn more about roles, click here.
1. Tap the home button on the Flex to navigate back to the home page.
2. Tap the 3 white dots in the top right corner.
3. Tap Settings from the dropdown menu.
4. Tap the green Reload Settings button.
5. The Flex will move to a screen with a reloading message. Once finished, the device will move back to the Orders page. The reload process is now complete.
