The Terminal Settings allows you to edit the following settings: Location, Default Location, Event, Terminal Name, Cash Drawer access restrictions, Cloud Fulfillment setting, and Single Ethernet. You also may to Reload the device and Clear Data & Settings and view Serial ID and Software Version.
Since these Settings affect daily operations and reporting, ensure that the appropriate personnel are permitted or restricted from viewing this page through Role Permissions.
Once logged into the device, tap the pencil icon to navigate to Terminal Settings.
Below is an example of the Terminal Settings page. The available settings are:
- Location - the Location the terminal is currently logged into. You may temporarily change the Location here to view the menu at various areas of your venue. Any sales made will be attributed to the currently logged in Location listed here in your sales reports.
- Default Location - the location the terminal will automatically log into when first logging into the device. This Default Location overrides the Default Location of the Employee. Set the Default Location if you are not going to move the terminal around between stands and always want your employees to login to that location when using this terminal.
- Event - the current Event the terminal is assigned to. When logging in, the device pulls the soonest calendar Event to this field. All sales made between the Event start and end time (set in Clover Sport Manager) are attributed to this Event's sales reports.
- Terminal Name - the name the terminal will display in sales reports (if no name is entered it will show the Serial ID) and on the Devices page in Clover Sport Manager.
- Serial ID - the serial number of the terminal
- Software - the current version of Clover Sport apps installed
- Restrict Access if Cash Drawer is Open - Prevents a user from ringing up a transaction while the cash drawer is open.
- Enable Cloud Fulfillment - Allows the terminal to process remote fulfillment. Please read the Remote Fullfillment/ Cloud Fulfillment Setup Guide before enabling.
- Single Ethernet - Identifies this register as a single ethernet device.
- Reload - Reloads the settings for this terminal as well as refreshing menus and menu items that you made changes to on manager.bypassmobile.com.

Clear Data & Settings - Resets all data and settings from the Clover Sport Application (Only use when directed by Clover Sport Product Support)
