The Devices list in Clover Sport Manager displays status information for all of your venue's devices carrying Clover Sport software that have been logged into at least once on Clover Sport software.
Devices Page
To view and manage your Devices, navigate to Configuration > Devices.
The Devices list provides details such as when they were last logged into, their Location, software and hardware versions.
Last Check-In Status Key:

Naming Devices
By default, the Devices page will display the Device's Serial Number as its name. This number is a unique ID number generated by the Device's operating system.
If you edit the Terminal Name on a Device, the name you enter displays in place of the Serial Number.
To name a Device, you will need to have physical access to the Device.
Edit the Terminal Name of a Station Duo
Once logged into the device,
- Navigate to Terminal Settings (tap the pencil icon).
- Click Terminal Name.
- Use the keyboard to backspace the entire serial number and type in the name of the Terminal. Typically, the best practice is the Location - # such as: 101 Bob's Burgers - 01, 101 Bob's Burgers - 02, for as many terminals are in the stand.
- Use the down arrow of the navigation bar to back out of the keyboard.
- The Terminal Name is now saved.
Edit the Terminal Name of a Flex
Once logged into the device,
- Click the three-dot menu.
- Click Settings.
- Click the pencil icon next to the Terminal Name.
- Double tap to highlight the entire Serial Number.
- Use the keyboard to backspace the Serial Number.
- Type the name of the device. Typically, the best practice is the Location - # such as: 101 Bob's Burgers - 01, 101 Bob's Burgers - 02, for as many terminals are in the stand.
- Tap the back arrow to navigate back to the orders page.
- The Terminal Name is now saved.
Set a Default Location
If you want to automatically log in a Device to a specific Location at your venue, you will want to set a Default Location for your Devices.
To set the Default Location through Clover Sport Manager:
1. Select the Devices using the checkboxes on the left.
2. Click Actions in the upper-left.
3. Click Change Default Location.
4. Use the Select Location drop-down menu to select a Location.
5. Click Update Selected.
6. The Default Location for the selected devices.
You can also set the Default Location directly on Devices.
