Delete an Inventory Category
Once an Inventory Category is deleted, all Stock Items previously assigned to it will no longer be assigned to it. There is no confirmation prompt once you click Delete so please proceed with caution.
If you accidentally delete an Inventory Category, it cannot be recovered. It will need to be recreated and reassigned to every Stock Item.
Deleting an Inventory Category will not delete the Stock Items in it. It is recommended that you reassign any Stock Items to a new Category before you delete the Category.
Note: If using Suites Production Guides, deleting a Category that holds existing Suites Stock Items WILL prevent your guides from printing properly as the Category has been removed.
To delete an existing Category, click Delete.
