Inventory counts can be reset to zero under General Settings. It is recommended that you restrict who has access to the General Settings tab by configuring Role permissions.
- Note: If you are trying to restart with the Clover Sport inventory system, resetting Inventory to 0 only impacts your Inventory Status page, but will NOT reset the current quantity of your Cost Queues at the Stock Item to 0 for all items.
To Reset Inventory,
1. Navigate to Configuration > General settings and scroll to the bottom of the page.
2. Click Reset Inventory.
3. The confirmation message is there to confirm that you want to reset all inventory counts to zero.
4. Type "RESET INVENTORY" to confirm.
5. Click Reset.
6. Navigate to Inventory > Status to see your counts at 0.
The most recent inventory reset will be listed below the Reset button.
