Clover Sport uses Print Groups to group similar items that will be fulfilled in the same remote fulfillment area. For example, beverages may get routed to a beverage fulfillment area while hot food gets routed to a printer in the kitchen near the grill.
We recommend creating all of your print groups before you create your items. This article will explain how to create and use print groups.
You can manage your Print Groups by heading to Configuration > Categorizations > Print Groups in Clover Sport Manager.

Print Group Best Practices
It is imperative to note that the number of print groups you need is equal to the maximum number of printers at a single location. For example, if your Premium area has 3 printers, and all other areas have 2 or less printers, then the maximum number of print groups you should create is 3.
The 2 print groups we recommend starting with are Food and Bev. These two print groups will account for most of your items. If there is a specialized area where a separate print group is needed, we advise the creation of an additional print group. For example, if there is a specific printer for Pizza, and Pizza does not print to the same printer as the other Food items, you would create a Pizza print group.
