Bypass can track hawker inventory movement and sales. In order to report on vendor sales and inventory, a vendor must be created, a vending room location created, and items must be configured for vending.

Create a Vendor
Type the vendor's Name and their Commission Rate. Click the green Plus icon to the right of the commission field to save.
During the event, the manager can choose a vendor from the list when the vending room manager logs into the vending location.
Configuring a Vending Room Location
To assign a purchase to a vendor, a manager must have access to a vending room.
When creating a location, set the Location Type to Vending Room.
When logging into the vending room terminal, choose this location as its default location.

Creating Vending Items
A vending room will behave like all other registers, but items should represent how our hawkers and vending room managers will exchange money and items.
See an example of how beer can be configured for a vending room location below.
Here we have a single Can of Bud Light for $6.50, a case of 24 Bud Light for $264.00. When the hawker comes in to fill up their cart, we might sell them one case to start with by Checking Out with a Tab No Card.
At the end of the night, we might want to return an item to inventory; tap on the item in the cart and tap the RETURN ITEM check box. The resulting cart will have a negative value.
