To view and manage your Devices, head to Configuration > Devices in the Bypass Manager.

Viewing the list of Devices that have logged into a Location at the venue.

The Devices list provides details such as when they were last logged into, their Location, and software and hardware versions.

Last Check-In Status Key:

Color	Status
GREEN	Last device check-in within last 10 minutes
ORANGE	Last device check-in within last 11-30 minutes
RED	Last device check-in over 30 minutes ago

Naming Devices

By default, Device will display the Device's Serial Number as their name. This number is a unique ID number generated by the Device's operating system.

To name a Device, you will need to have physical access to the Device. For more information, read the articles Adjusting Settings in Access and Adjusting Settings in Anywhere.

Setting a Default Location

If you are using the Cash Room feature or want to automatically login a Device to a specific Location at your venue, you will want to set a Default Location for your Devices.

Selecting Devices to set a Default Location

To set the Default Location through Manager,

• Select the Devices using the checkboxes to the left of the Device names in the Devices list.
• Click the Action menu in the upper-left of the list.
• Select Change Default Location in the menu that appears.
• In the dialog that appears, use the Select Location drop-down menu to select a Location.
• Click the Update Selected button to set the Default Location for the selected devices.

Column	Definition
Name/Serial	Device Serial Number (default) or name of the Device.
Last Check In	Last time the device was online and connected to Clover Sport.
Last Location	Last chosen Location device was logged in to.
Default Location	Default Location the Device will log into.
Software	Version of software being used on Device.
Version	Version number of software being used on Device.
Version Group	Release Channel (category) of software used on Device.
OS Version	Version of Android operating system installed on Device.
Model	Hardware model of Device.
