Clover Sport allows you to disable tipping prompts for guests paying exclusively with Stored Value. This setting applies to all Stored Value transactions, whether your venue uses Bucks or a third-party system.

Disable Tips on Stored Value Payments Venue-Wide
If you would like to disable tipping prompts at every Location at your venue, follow these steps:
- Navigate to General Settings > Tip Settings.
- Under Tip Settings, toggle on Disable tips on stored value payments.
- Click Save.
- Note: This acts as a venue-wide update, meaning that when you change this setting at the General Settings page, it overwrites the setting at the Location level.
Disable Tips on Stored Value for a Specific Location
If you would like to disable tipping prompts at a specific Location at your venue, follow these steps:
- Navigate to POS Manager > Locations.
- Search for and click the Location you would like to edit.
- Click the checkbox, Allow Tips.
- Then click the checkbox, Disable tips on stored value payments.
- Click Save.
- Note: This change has only been made at this Location. If you edit the setting at the General Settings page, it overwrites the setting at the Location level.
What to Expect at Locations with Digital Tips and Receipts
Whether utilizing the Register, Server Station, or Kiosk on the Station Duo or a Flex device, when a Location is set to Allow Tips and Accept Digital Signatures, and Disable tips on stored value payments,
tip prompts do not appear to the guest after paying with any form of Stored Value.
What to Expect at Locations with Paper Tips and Receipts
Whether utilizing the Register or Server Station on the Station Duo, when a Location is set to Allow Tips and Accept signatures on printed receipts, and Disable tips on stored value payments,
the order taker does not have the ability to edit a tip on the Order Details Screen after a guest pays with any form of Stored Value.
