Note: The following workflow is available to customers upon request. The workflow requires that a feature flag is enabled for your venue. Please consult with your Clover Sport Customer Success or Support team if you are interested in this feature.
You may Add Loyalty and Redeem Vouchers for all eligible items on a Tab before closing the tab.

Note: You must use an external scanner to scan Loyalty and Stored Value QR codes and barcodes. The internal barcode scanner used for logging into the Register is not a supported method for adding Loyalty or paying with Stored Value.
- Start a New Tab and Add Loyalty to the Tab

- Checkout/Close the Tab and Apply Available Vouchers
Start a New Tab & Add Loyalty to the Tab
- Navigate to the Register Screen.
- Tap to add items to the cart.
3. On this screen or the Checkout screen (next screen), scan the Loyalty media. You may also tap Add Loyalty+ and then scan or manually type the Loyalty number. The Loyalty number appears once it has been added.
4. On the Checkout Screen, tap Tab to start a Tab with Card or tap Tap No Card to start a Tab No Card. Then click Create New Tab.

Tab prompts you to add the credit card to the tab that can be used to close the order later.
- To start the Tab, insert or swipe the credit card.

Tab No Card allows you to run a tab without a credit card swipe until check out.
- To start the Tab No Card, add the Tab Name and tap Submit.
5. Once the Tab is started, navigate to the Orders Page and tap Open Tabs to view it.
Add Items to the Tab
To add additional items to the open Tab,
- Tap Orders.
- Tap Open Tabs.
- Tap the relevant Tab.

Tap Add Item to Tab.
- Tap to add additional items to the cart.
- Tap Add to Tab. You are then brought back to the Order Details screen.
Checkout/Close the Tab and Apply Available Vouchers
To close the Tab,
- Navigate to the Orders Page.
- Tap Open Tabs.
- Tap the relevant Tab.
- Tap Checkout.
- From here, select your payment method.
- If you are using Stored Value:
- For venues with Single Scan Loyalty, you may tap Apply Available Balance.
- For venues that do not have Single Scan Loyalty, you may tap Stored Value.
- If you are using Stored Value:
- After the payment method has been selected, the available vouchers (discounts) associated with the Loyalty account appear.
- To apply all available vouchers, simply tap Apply All.
- To apply a certain set of 1 or more vouchers, tap each voucher you wish to redeem and then tap Apply Selected.
- To apply all available vouchers, simply tap Apply All.
- If the Location has tips enabled, the guest applies their tip and then the order closes.
- At this time, you may print the receipt or email the receipt to the guest.
- Discounts that have been applied appear on the receipt.
