After you have converted your preorders in Clover Sport Manager, you can transfer the pre0orders on the Flex device to another order taker or suite attendant on the day of your event.
- Log in on the Flex with the Employee user credentials that has been assigned to the Suites Booking and select the appropriate Suites Pantry Location.
- On the orders page, you will see the pre-orders that have been converted to open tabs. Tap the tab that you would like to transfer to another Employee.
3. Tap the person icon in the top right corner of the screen.
4. From the list of order takers, select the Employee username you would like to assign the tab to.
5. Then tap SUBMIT.
6. The pre-order has now been reassigned to the new Employee.
7. At the confirmation prompt, click OK.
The newly assigned Employee can now log in to see the order on their list of tabs. You may also transfer a tab on the Station Duo.
