The Online Customer Portal (OCPO) provides Suite customers with a convenient platform to place pre-orders for their event at any time. Once submitted, the pre-order is automatically populated under the specific Suite and Event Booking within Clover Sport Manager.
Customers access the OCPO via the unique URL provided to your venue. The standard URL format is: https://www.yourvenuename@order.bypassmobile.com

What Menu Will Show Up on the OCPO Website?
The menu presented to the customer on the OCPO website adheres to a specific hierarchy to ensure the correct offerings are displayed:
Booking Level: The OCPO first checks for a menu specifically attached to the Booking for that event.
Account Level: If no menu is found at the Booking level, the site then looks for a menu attached to the Suite Account.
-
Location Level: If no menu is found at the first two levels, the site defaults to the menu attached to the Suites Commissary Location.
Note on Order Adjustments: This same hierarchy is applied to Order Adjustments (Surcharge and Gratuity). If adjustments are attached to the Booking, they are applied. Otherwise, the system will check the Suite Account, and finally the Location, in that order.
How to Place a Pre-Order on OCPO
Customers follow these steps to place an order:
-
Log In: Suite customers log in using the email and password associated with their Customer profile.
-
Access Permissions:
Primary Contact/Host: The email linked to the host and primary contact for a specific Booking has access to place an order for that Booking.
Suite Owner: The designated owner of the Suite Account can log in to view and place orders for ALL Suites associated with their account.
Other Customers: All other customers can access the portal but will only see the specific Suite they are booked for. If an account has multiple customers but no designated owner, each customer will only see their respective booked Suite (that they are either the Host or Primary Contact for).
-
2. Select Event: The customer clicks the tile for the upcoming Event for which they hold a Suite Booking.
Requirement: The customer must have a Card on File listed under their Suite Account to view the menu.
Note: If a customer clicks the menu and no action occurs, instruct them to refresh the page to enter their Credit Card information.
3. Menu Navigation: The customer browses the menu by scrolling or selecting a Menu Category.
4. Add Items: Items are added to the cart by adjusting the quantity using the plus (+) and minus (-) signs, and then clicking Add to Order.
-
Special Instructions: The guest can click on a menu item image to provide item-specific special instructions. These instructions will populate on the Setup Guide in the Pre-Order Notes section.
See Example Setup Guides to see an example of these instructions populated in the Pre-Order Notes section.
5. Review Cart: The customer clicks the Shopping Cart icon to view and edit the order.
6. Finalize Order: Items can be removed by clicking the 'X' next to the item name. Once the order is complete, the customer clicks Place Order.
7. Submit: The customer finalizes the pre-order by clicking Submit Order.
- Note: Once the pre-order has been submitted, it cannot be edited on the website. The customer must contact the venue directly to request any changes to the order.
- Note: Customers will see tax if Tax Groups are associated with the Menu Items even if their order is tax exempt as stated in the blue banner. You may remove the tax before closing out the order on the device on Event Day.
The Confirmation page shows the order summary. The customer also receives an email with their order summary.
How to Use Booking Notes in OCPO
During the checkout process, customers can provide additional notes:
Existing Notes: Any notes previously entered into Manager for the Booking will automatically populate in the Special Instructions field.
-
Customer Input: The customer can click below the existing notes to type in additional notes for their Booking. They must click Save Instructions for these new notes to be saved back into the Booking in Manager.
- Note: Only Order Level Special Instructions will save to the Booking on Manager. Item level instructions will appear on the Setup Guide for the pre-order.
- In the example below, "Further notes will be saved in the booking in Manager" appeared in Manager after the customer saved the instructions on the OCPO website.
